How we keep payments secure

  • ✔Encrypted checkout: All transactions run over HTTPS/SSL.
  • ✔No card data stored by us: We never see or store your full card number.
  • ✔PCI DSS Level 1: Shopify’s infrastructure is certified to the highest level of PCI compliance.
  • ✔Fraud safeguards: Orders are screened to help prevent unauthorized use.

Key billing details

  • Billing descriptor: Charges typically appear as OMEGA FAUCET (or a close variant) on your statement.
  • Sales tax policy: All items are tax-free in states were we have no tax nexus. Currently this excludes the state of Alabama.
  • Receipts: Order confirmations are sent immediately; shipping confirmations send at release.

Payment FAQs

Which cards and wallets can I use?
Major credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay/Google Pay (device-dependent), and Shop Pay accelerated checkout.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted end-to-end over HTTPS. Card data is tokenized by the processor; Shopify is PCI DSS Level 1.
Why was my card declined?
Common reasons include an address mismatch, bank fraud filters, or insufficient funds. Try another method or contact your bank to approve the transaction.
How does Prepay & Hold work?

Who is it for? Brand-new (dropship) items that qualify for tax-advantaged prepayment.

How it works: We create a custom listing so you can prepay and lock item availability and tax savings. When you’re ready to ship, we calculate a discounted rate and send a separate secure checkout titled “Shipping for Order #_____.” Pay that shipping listing and we’ll release and ship your order (Lower 48 only).

Do you add checkout surcharges?
No. We don’t add card surcharges. Shipping and any applicable taxes appear before payment.
