The Omega Standard
Since 2021, Omega Faucet has been a trusted source for kitchen and bathroom fixtures at competitive prices. We work with authorized distributors and wholesalers to source new inventory, along with overstock, open-box, and aged items that provide exceptional value without compromising quality.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand the importance of the perfect fit for your home. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and items must be returned in the same condition as sold.
General Guidelines
- Must be unused and uninstalled
- Securely packed and double-boxed
- Original packaging and literature included
- Hoses must be tucked or wrapped to prevent finish scratches
- No writing or labels on brand boxes
Shipping & Fees
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping
- Return labels available (cost deducted from refund)
- Open-box: 3.5% fee on returns over $400
- New items: Standard 5% restocking fee
- If returned damaged restocking fees will apply

Warranty Liaison Service
Our 'New' inventory is meticulously sourced through established authorized wholesale and distribution networks. While Omega Faucet operates as an independent boutique, we provide a comprehensive warranty liaison service for all new selections.
To ensure a seamless experience, all manufacturer claims are facilitated directly through Omega Faucet. We manage all repairs, replacements, and technical support on your behalf, providing you with full protection and professional accountability.
Note: Open Box and Aged Inventory items are sold as-is and are not eligible for manufacturer warranty coverage.
Inventory Description
While most of our inventory is new, we also have many listings that are open-box or aged-inventory items. Open-box items are clearly identified as such within the product title. These products are fully functional and inspected for completeness, though original packaging may show signs of wear.
Blemish-free, unused items with all original packaging and components.
Near-mint items with minimal or no visible wear.
May have a minor blemish or cosmetic imperfection; see photos for details.
Deeply discounted due to noticeable blemishes; ideal for parts or "as-is" purchases.
Sales Tax Policy
Omega Faucet does not currently meet nexus thresholds in most states. Consequently, sales tax is not collected on orders shipped outside of Alabama.
Orders shipped within Alabama are subject to state tax. Should a nexus be established elsewhere in the future, tax will apply automatically at checkout.
